Who We Are

Guerra Ingegneria has been operating since 1867 in the field of Architecture and Civil Engineering, through three centuries has contributed to the realization of important public and private works.

 

Arch. Ing. Alfonso Guerra (1845-1920) – Founder of Studio – Designer of numerous works, among which we want to remember the Stock Exchange building in the central and namesake of Naples, the Mausoleum Schilizzi, on the hill of Posillipo in Napoli

 

 

Alfonso’s son – Prof. Arch. Ing. Camillo Guerra  (1889-1960) – took over the  Studio, Also him author of numerous works of engineering and architecture, among which we remember the City Palace in Salerno, the two palaces of the phones in Naples and many others. He was among the authors of the Regulatory Plan for Naples in 1939

 

 Prof. Ing. Guido Guerra (1920-2011) then followed the family footprints of the founder’s grandfather. Luminary in Engineering and construction culture. It had about 200 publications, as well as several printed volumes, involving mainly the problems of building constructions ancient and modern. In 1991 he was awarded by the University of Thessaloniki Honorary Degree In over half a century of professional and scientific activities planned and directed major public works, among which is the church of St. Joachim in Bacoli.

 

The activity of the Studio today is carried on by Ing. Camillo Alfonso Guerra – we are the fourth generation – who started his professional activity in 1989, first as a lecturer in Structural Engineering at Federico II University, then working for public and private clients. As a consultant to the City of Naples, he was among the authors of the 2004 Regulatory Plan in Naples. He has been the designer and work supervisor of many civil works.
